Enhancing Your Influence.        

This one-day practical seminar touches on the very core of excellent communication:  the 'unconscious' thoughts, learned opinions and hidden beliefs we have about ourselves and those we connect with on a day to day basis - even before we start!   

In the two morning sessions we unpack some of those thoughts and beliefs. In the afternoon we focus on enhancing practical people skills using coaching and group work.

Powerchange coaching seminars impart transferable skills that delegates can use at work, at home and socially.  

9.00 am      - Registration and Coffee

9.15 am      - 'Yes Please, No Thanks' -  beliefs that work well and beliefs that don?t.
11.00 am    - 20 minute break
11.20 am    - Developing Environments of Ethical Influence
12.45 pm    - Learning review
1.00 pm      LIGHT Lunch for one hour
2.00 pm      - Connecting Well -  practical ways for you to develop your flexibility in communicating with those who matter to you.
3.30 pm      - 20 minute break
3.50 pm      - It's Playtime!  - an hour of experimental learning.
4.50 pm      - Learning review of the day.
5.00 pm      - Close.
