"My life has been genuinely transformed inside and out since doing the GOLD coach course.
I am now able to move out with a secure sense of self-worth and am excited about my future.
I love helping people to realise their worth and get free from the blockages in their lives. I get really excited about the ripple effect this has on those around the, too, at work, out and about and in their personal and family lives.
I have a particular passion for families and love helping them find new ways of relating and working together. I have a  particular interest in coaching parents experiencing severe difficulties with teenagers."

Rosalyn lives in Fareham, Hampshire with her husband, Paul (another Powerchange GOLD coach) and has three teenage daughters.
