A personal note from Andrew Sercombe, founder of Powerchange

You can achieve more than you think with the right sort of coaching.

For many years I never realised what was possible for me. I was born on a tiny 'starter' farm that my dad rented from the Council, and as I grew up I helped on the farm from dawn until dusk as we all worked hard to keep body and soul together before I eventually went to college and became a school teacher.

However, in my twenties, I met a Scotsman who changed my life. Campbell showed me what it is to be a truly amazing person. He lived that way and helped me rewire my own thinking. Week in, week out we met at 6.00am every Monday morning for two hours, and over thirty years later I am still in awe of him! His influence changed my life.

I learnt many 'secrets of success' during those years - things I didn't realise were available or possible for me. Most of them life-transforming. Campbell taught me about the really important aspects of a successful life and how I could have them. I learnt that what I had thought were essential ingredients to success were often anything but, in fact they can actually stop you succeeding.

I also discovered that true success is not only for the elite, the materially well off, or only for other people. It is available to me, to you, to everyone. Whoever you are, wherever you live, you can be who you want to be and enjoy limitless resources.

You and I need the support, encouragement and knowledge of others. We're here to help each person, from the moment they are born, enjoy the opportunity to create their future life as a valued human being living honestly and at peace on the inside as well as on the outside - amidst the all too real unpredictability and challenges of the everyday world, however demanding and tough that is.
