Paul Bristow is a Powerchange Gold Coach living in Fareham Hampshire. Paul has many years’ experience of working with youth both in and out of the school situation. He has special interest in seeing young people achieve their true potential, both those who are unmotivated and have challenging behaviour as well as those who are high achievers but are unable to fulfil their potential.
Paul also successfully coaches owners of local businesses to achieve their full potential, believing that everyone has enormous hidden potential which many are not yet fulfilling. He has also seen success in working with adults who wish to reach their own potential both in business and at home, enjoy greater success and fulfilment at work and become more motivated and confident in many aspects of their lives.
Paul is married to Ros (who is also a Powerchange Gold Coach) and they have 3 teenage daughters. In 2008 Paul spent several weeks working in the USA in an American Wilderness therapy centre.
