Coaching is a special time devoted just to you and to what you want.

A coaching conversation can take you forward to where you want to be.  I love coaching, both with private clients and with people in their workplace.

Seeing how coaching helps someone like you fulfill their potential has inspired me to become a coach and to take part in the journey that coaching generates. How will your journey develop? I look forward to hearing from you.

Workplace coaching
I enjoy working with clients within their workplace, creating a triple win for themselves, their employers and the customers they serve.

As a solicitor I understand much of working in the legal world and the pressures that it can bring. I enjoy working with clients to find ways to improve their working environment and their job satisfaction.

Coaching for you
What do you want? Life can be everchanging. Which changes do you want to make?

Spend some quality time with yourself to assess where you want to be in all aspects of your life, and take steps towards this.

When would now be a good time to do do that?

I want to help my clients to live lives they are proud to own, at home and at work, every day.

Qualifications and Experience
My experience so far includes 16 years as a solicitor working in local government and motherhood. I now enjoy life and work as personal development coach.

I follow the Powerchange and European Mentoring and Coaching Council codes of coaching ethics and receive my coaching supervision from Powerchange.
