Following a career in magazine publishing and the voluntary sector I trained to GOLD Coach level in 2007 and have now joined the Powerchange team as an Associate. I am passionate about helping individuals eliminate the internal and external barriers that come between them and their dreams. Everyone has the ability to create a life they truly love and I look forward to working with those who are willing to stretch themselves to achieve their personal and professional goals.
